I would like to share a good thing with you.
On Thursday I went to a church meeting in Krishna District, where I preached to church believers and prayed the whole night at the church. The Holy Spirit came down and filled each of us during my prayer time and some people were dancing and we heard a prophesy about great salvation through sharing the gospel of good news. Praise the Lord.
By the leading of the Lord we conducted a night street meeting at a village with a very high concentration of Hindus. We saw a great miracle that night; many people came to know about the Lord Jesus. They sat there and 27 Hindu men and women accepted Jesus Christ as their personnel savior. Really it was Gods plan and miracle. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. This happened on the Friday night. Today by the leading of the Lord I visited some of their homes to share individually about the many wonders of Jesus on the earth. By the touching of the Holy Spirit they were crying about their sin and salvation.
Dear brother John I have a great Joy in my heart and have a burning also to do many more things like this to bring many dark lives to Jesus Christ. I am also crying about this great salvation among the Hindu people. I am praising and praising. Brother one day you can see them in the name of Jesus. Brother very particularly pray for them and ask your friends to pray also.
Now I am going to my home. In my next visit I will meet those remaining people who have accepted Jesus Christ. Please pray for all of them and me.

What FIAM do
So what does FIAM get up to? Again in her own words Janaki describes the work of FIAM...
Leprosy work…
There are nearly 57 people in one colony. They are also in very pathetic conditions. Every day they are suffering very much for their food and needs. Their food collection through begging only. Because they cannot do any works and also people not give entrance to society because of their disease. The FIAM is giving a small help to them timely for their food. But it is not enough. Really they need assistance. Please pray.
Free medical camps..
Dear brothers we have been conducting medical camps ones in a month and very rarely twice in a month. And giving free medication and medicals and spending nearly 6000/- to 8000/- rupees in the name of Jesus to many rural and tribal village and slum areas people. So many people are getting benefits and healings through these camps when they in sick stage. Praise God.
Friends I have a vision and praying from many years for free hospital along with all facilities to give good caring to many patents with free of cost. Because if they need to go for any test and medication they must pay much costs to all of them. Even if one women need to go for delivery to a private hospital when that time also need to pay nearly 5000/- rupees minimum. Because of all these many poor people didn’t go to hospital and facing much troubles in home and some times dead.
And minimum people need to take blood test for know which is disease in their body they need to pay thousands of rupees. Because of their poverty they cannot go for medication and suffers with diseases and finally enter in to death face..
So all of these we are praying for free hospital to poor people to give all services with free of cost in the name of Jesus and love of Jesus. Please pray.
Care less old aged and widow work..
Dear brothers this is also need. Do you understand the need of support to like these people? Many are praying and suffering for their daily food in different villages.
FIAM is giving some help to like these careless and helpless old aged and widows nearly 29 people in different places. But now also many care and helpless people are looking for their daily food and needs. If we can give even 2 pounds to them in monthly they can survive with it.
Street children school…We are conducting a school with 48 street children in tribal rural area. This school has two teachers and giving afternoon free food to these children.In coming days we would like to conduct like these school with many street children in many different areas. Please pray. Because it is need to give minimum prior education to child.
Vocational education works.
We are giving trying to poor young man and women on tailoring, painting on clothes, candels, soaps, dry food items, pickels and some more on hand works to generate their income to get their daily food and needs. We are thinking if we can give some investment to prepare for these items before their early and standing stage they can make things and give orders and can get more money through this. So we are thinking about this and we are praying some machinery like sewing machines for giving training to them in different areas. Because of the unemployment many young people are depressing and going to many dangerous situation because of their unemployment, poverty and daily food. Now a days this is very very need to younger and needy woman. Please think about this.
Free Drinking water…
We are giving free drinking water through Hand set bore wells in most needy areas. In tribal areas many villages’ people are going for their drinking water on every day for nearly 5 to 8 kilometers on summer. Because they did not get good drinking water on their living places. Many places it is also a very major problem to people.
Pastors work..
We are giving pastors support on occasionally only. They are facing very much suffering for their minimum daily food and maintenance and facing very hardly transport problems in their daily travels. We are praying for their food, bicycles and gaslights on their daily life. Because they are living on tribal areas and not having any transport facilities also in many places. Nighttime journey is very danger with poisonous snakes so they useful lights.
Orphanage
FIAM is taking care and giving feed to orphan children and street children. So many orphan children are here in India. They are living in very bad and terrible conditions with out sufficient food, love, care and shelters. Really they are in pathetic condition. I have a great burden on them and looking to bring them to me to give food, love, care and good living standards so I am looking and praying for facilities, residence and support. Now 9 orphan children are along with me and also I am facing troubles and struggles to feed and care them. No body wants to give a rent house also to like these children living.
If we have sufficient residence, fecilities and support I am ready and very happy to take many orphan children to us.
There are many more things that she gets up to on a daily basis, sharing the gospel and loving those around her! Janaki and FIAM are truly great people. (See here for why I think so!)

Janaki Mennai
This post is a brief introduction to Janaki Mennai.
She is the founder and director of FIAM. In her own words, this is her testimony...
"I was born in a High Cast Hindu family in India. My parents are very rich and big landlords in our area. They are terrible idol worshippers. I was also a terrible idol worshipper at that time. In the year of 1991 I suffered from a terrible Poisson fever and fell on the bed more than two months. I remembered and worshipped all my idol gods and gave great offerings at that time with my family when I was in hospital. There was no result. I was very near to death that time. One day one pastor came to that hospital and prayed for sick women beside my bed. He tried to pray for me but my family and I rejected him and his prayers. Dear John, in the night sleeping time I heard a voice and saw a vision that…..my daughter,my daughter I am loving you, I heal you,wake from the bad,comefarward to do My service in this perishing world.
I could not understand those words, but I saw clearly the wonderful face of Jesus Christ as He is stretching His compassionate hands and calling me to do His service. Immediately I wakeup from bed with great strength&peace and told this wonderful things to my parents and relatives. They could not believe and rejected me and my lord Jesus Christ and they treated me a mental disordered person. By His word I became healthy. But they can’t understand that wonderful heal. I tried to explain to them many times. They could not accept and throughen me out side from my house and told me you must know what is God in few days when the time of no food, facilities and parents. Then you can come to hear. When I came outside and left my parents house with my single pair of cloths.
I spent some days without food with fasting and tearful prayers. At that time God encouraged me to spread His Word to perishing souls. As a single women I am facing countless troubles and struggles in this dangerous world. I am specially spreading the word of God among poor and slum area people. Most of people were persecuted me. I was faced somany trouble for my daily needs of food cloths and shelter. I can’t explain my situation. Before leaving of my house I don’t know the pain of hungry, poverty and lack of love. But after that I was saw all these. When that time I thinked about orphan children and careless people. My heart was broken. The almighty God gave me great burden on my heart about like these people.
In the year of 1993 Jan 14th I was committed to suicide due to above my conditions like persecution on Gospel, poverty and lack of love.
But our almighty God was stopped me and spoken my daughter you choose eternal way. When that time the Holy Spirit is telling about the verses of Romans 8:6, Philippians 4:8 and II Corinthians 10:6.
Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. Since that I can’t forget and leave at ant time and anywhere. If I got any struggle and disappointment immediately I read those words and prayed to god. Immediately I am getting much strength and peace still today.
After this three years my parents also accepted Jesus Christ as their personnel saviour. But they lost their assets almost all through some cheaters. But brother whatever it happens my whole family became children of God. Praise God."
